HOW TO FIND US

By Car See Map Below: Driving on the A243 dual carriageway towards the Ace of Spades roundabout with the  A3. — Between Hook & Southborough Parish Hall and Kings Edward’s Recreation Ground, there is a narrow turning on your left marked Kingston Rugby Club and another smaller notice to Hook & Southborough Bowling Club. Follow the road passed the Rugby Club and into the allotments. If the allotments gate is locked please ring the clubhouse tel. 07522971313 and a club member will come and open it. Follow the track round to the right until you come to the Bowling Club Car Park on your right, cross the little bridge and you are there.

Buses:  Coming by buses couldn’t be easier. Bus Nos. 71, 465, K4 and 467 from Kingston, Surbiton, Hook, Epsom and Dorking pass right by King Edward’s Recreation ground on the Hook Road. Just remember to get off the bus at Hook Parade / Elmcroft Drive.

Pedestrian Access: The bowling green can be accessed on foot by following the path from any entrance to the park to the far right hand corner of King Edward’s Recreation Ground — just past the all-weather tennis court. The gate is usually open. If the gate is locked please ring the clubhouse tel. 07522971313 and a club member will come and open it for you..
